BELOW IS A SELECTION OF OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WITH WHAT WE HOPE ARE THE ANSWERS YOU NEED. IF YOU DON’T FIND THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION HERE, THEN YOU CAN:

Q: What is the expiry date on your products?

This answer isn’t that straight forward; unlike the food industry, individual ingredient expiry date can vary. If you need an expiry date or are unsure how to date your finished product, please email us using the contact us page.

Q: How has Brexit effected my orders?

All prices on the website include VAT at the prevailing rate. Please note however that other charges may be applied by customs for delivery addresses outside of the UK due to Brexit, which are out of our control.

Q. Am I able to have an MSDS, CoA, Allergen Declaration or an IFRA from you for a product?

You can find all of the technical information on the product pages themselves, under the downloads tab in each listing. If the information you need isn’t on the product page, you can email us using the contact us page.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

Auroradyz aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. During busy periods however, it may take longer. Please sign up to our newsletter to receive updates. If we get behind, we will aim to let you know.

Q. I want to start selling my soaps, how would I go about doing this? Do I need any Assessments?

Selling any cosmetic product in the UK and Europe requires a Cosmetic Safety Product Report (CSPR). Even if you intend donating your products, you will still require a CSPR for each individual product and for each scent or variant. Please use the contact us page if you require more information regarding this.

Q. I’m not entirely satisfied with the product, am I able to return my/parts of my order?

Returning your order to us isn’t a problem. Orders can be returned to us within 14 days. We cannot accept returns which have been open and used however. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that unless goods were sent to you in error, Auroradyz will not refund return postage. Before returning an item/items, please use the contact us page to request a returns form.

Q. Can I come and view your ingredients? Can I come and make an order at your warehouse?

Our products are all held in bulk in our warehouse. For health and safety reasons we are unable to admit visitors to the warehouse. At this time, we do not have a shop front where customers are able to browse. Customers are welcome to collect orders from our premises by prior arrangement but please do not turn up unannounced. Orders must be placed online at least 3 days before intended pick-up to allow us time to prepare it.
