Refunds and returns

Refund & Returns policy:

Distance selling regulations allow you to return your goods for a full refund within 14 days should you not be satisfied (excluding shipping charges).

Items we can refund:

Unopened and or unused items in their original packaging.

Damaged or defective items.

In all cases, you will need to contact us at in order for us to process the return and advise you on the best way to do this. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.

We aim to deal with returns and refunds within 7 days of receiving item/s back to our registered address. Refunds will be sent via the original payment source i.e if you paid using debit card, the refund will go back to your debit card.

In the event that your item is out of stock, we aim to process your refund within 48 hours. As above, the refund will be sent via the original payment source.

If your shipment is lost or misdirected in full or in part by the carrier and cannot be found and delivered in reasonable time, we will re-ship whatever has been lost free of charge as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
