Returns Policy

About Us

We are 100% dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us at: info@auroradyz.co.uk. Many of the products offered on the auroradyz.co.uk website are chosen to enable cosmetic makers to produce their own cosmetic products from recipes and formulas widely widely available in books, magazines and on the internet. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any products supplied to be used in making their own products offered for sale comply with current legislation in their respective countries of use.

We offer a no-quibble refund/replace service for any products that you consider do not meet the standards expected of us. All we ask is that you notify us within 14 days and that products are returned to us unopened/unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a ‘handling’ fee of up to 20% if returned products are found not to be defective and require re-packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item you receive that is not in satisfactory condition we will replace or refund if the item is no longer in stock. Damage and shortages MUST be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product is in satisfactory condition prior to use. Auroradyz cannot accept any liability whatsoever for the consequences of using any products supplied in good faith that are later alleged to be in unsatisfactory condition. Any queries over the suitability or satisfactory condition of a product for its intended use must be taken up with Auroradyz within 7 days of delivery and BEFORE they are used in any way either as a stand-alone product or within a formulation. Auroradyz always strives to provide the very highest quality products and where any products is alleged to be in unsatisfactory condition we will carry out a full investigation to establish the cause of the problem, we will request the product is returned to us for investigation and we will replace the product (or provide a full refund) should the alleged unsatisfactory condition be confirmed. We regret that where a product has been used or disposed of and we are unable to carry out any investigation into the condition of the product we may be unable to replace or refund.

All customers have the right to cancel their website order within 14 days. If not satisfied with goods received, customers may return the item/s within 14 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those goods including outward shipping, provided they remain in merchantable condition and are in original packaging. To return any order or part of an order please request that we send you a Returns Form.

The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer UNLESS the goods were sent in error. When a customer has completed an order on our website and has completed payment for that order it can be assumed that the order itself has not been placed in error. Any items incorrectly supplied to the customer can be considered supplied in error where they do not match the description of goods at time of purchase.

Damaged goods and/or shortages MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced Free of Charge. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost. In this instance, any return costs (if applicable) will be paid by or refunded by Auroradyz. Where a customer places a special order, either for a non-stock/bespoke item or for a quantity of a stock line that exceeds our normal selling quantity, we are unable to accept cancellation or return of this item nor would we offer any refund.
